The 25-meter-long Japanese supply ship that was downed by US air forces during World War II rests in a spot that has become an awesome spot for diving as well as snorkeling. Off the coast of Coron town lies Coron Island, famous for Barracuda Lake. The trek to the lake may be challenging but the beauty of the lake, rimmed by limestone cliffs, will erase the tiredness. The white sandy beach of scenic Banol Beach is perfect for relaxing after a hearty lunch.
