Recently proclaimed as one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature and believed to be the longest navigable subterranean river in the world, the river is replete with captivating rock formations that resemble amazing images that are simply beyond the work of the human hand. Underground River is a Day Tour Adventure. From the city proper, the trip will take approximately one and a half hours by tourist van transfer to Sabang Wharf. Boat transfer to the entrance of the Underground River takes 15-20 minutes.  Paddle boat transfer will take you to the portal of the cave where unique features await. The local tour guide/boatman will serve as your escort inside the cave where the wonders of nature are waiting to capture your imagination.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Rate is quoted per person, inclusive of government tax
2. Rate is in Philippine currency based on non-exclusive tour arrangement/joiners and applicable to all markets.
3. Payment option: Cash |Gcash |Online bank transfer | Credit Card (VISA/MASTER).
4. This tour package is TRANSFERABLE but NON-REFUNDABLE. Change of name requires at least 7 days prior to tour date and subject to service charge of PhP150/person for the re-booking services incurred.
5. Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless booking is finalized.
6. Confirmation
   1. You will receive a confirmation voucher through your email instantly after booking
   2. Bank transfer payment will be on hold within 24 hours from the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation via email once the payment required is completed and verified. Failure to complete the bank transfer on the given date will automatically open the booking to others.
   3. Full payment settlement should be done at least two working days upon the arrival.
   4. In case of force majeure, alternative tours will be offered.
7. No Show
   1. Failure of the guests to show up on the date and time of booking shall result in the automatic CANCELLATION as well as forfeiture of all payments made.
8. Cancellation
   1. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to  schedule.
   2. Any unutilized services of the tour package are non-refundable.
9. Force Majeure
   1. In case of force majeure, alternative tours and services shall be offered (if applicable) within the unused budget; other requested services will be subject to additional charges and approval.
   2. In case of acts of God, fortuitous events, or any condition beyond our control, Trio Queen Travel & tours or our carriers shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver services, nor be obligated to provide additional services. Delays and/or cancellations of flights and/or boat transfer resulting from or related to weather disturbances or as mandated by the government authorities are beyond the control of Trio Queen Travel & Tours.
10. Disclaimer
    1. Success of the itinerary will depend on the time management, cooperation of the group, weather condition, traffic situation and availability of the sites.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. Travel Advisory – To conserve the Puerto Princesa Underground River (PPUR) in its natural state, a Tourism Carrying Capacity of one thousand two hundred (1,200) visitors a day has been set by the Protected Area Management Board (PAMB) and PPSRNP by adapting the “Limit of Acceptance Change (LAC) Theory and (LAC4) models. Research was conducted by PCAARD and monitored by the Forestry Environment Research Division.
2. To proceed the booking, please provide a scanned copy of one valid identification card / passport per guest as required by the PPUR management to secure the visitor’s entry permit. 
3. Daily PPUR tours are scheduled on a First-Come, First Serve basis. The “No Permit, No Entry” policy is strictly enforced.
4. Block out Dates – Three (3) days Annual Cave Festival on July 1, 2, and 3.
5. Feeding of wild animals (e.g. monitor lizards, monkeys) is strictly prohibited.
6. Private/exclusive tours are subject to additional charges.
7. We offer custom designed, detailed, tailor-made proposals based on the guest’s requirements.
8. Guest/Traveler is advised to provide us with a local mobile number for further updates.
9. PPUR strictly enforce anti-single-use plastic ordinance.
10. Itinerary may change due to unavoidable circumstances (eg. Abrupt cancellation due to bad weather).
11. Book additional tours and avail of up to 25% OFF or more discounts on SELECTED day-tour packages.
